Develop an effective workflow utilizing tech/strategies.

  • Can use a proactive or triage approach.

  • I’ll research tools & strategies.

  • Develop with the client(s) a clearly articulated purpose for each technology/strategy.

  • Present demos  & explore with the end user which tools/strategies are the best fit.

  • Provide support and guidance to adjust selected tools, strategies, workflows, as they are implemented, in real-time.

  • Determine follow-up dates to do brief check-ins, as needed.

  • Available for follow-up questions and troubleshooting.

  • Develop & Manage Pilots for Tech/Strategies.

    • Determine constituent group(s) through various survey methods to establish interest & need and demonstrate/identify the direct benefit to identified use.

    • Explore cost-effective options with regards to current budget constraints.

    • Collaborate with clients to determine if a funding source already exists (i.e, grants from federal, corporate and private sources).

    • Proposal for direct support of curriculum development and/or an individual.

    • Train & support for:

      • End users

      • In-house support (after pilot ends)

        • In house IT & trainers

      • Identify 'campus partners', those other areas/departments within the organization who may also want to participate in the pilot.

      • Pre & Post Surveys can be developed to track effectiveness of pilot technology.
